2. What we collect
We collect only the information you choose to share when you contact us:
- your name and contact details (phone or WhatsApp number, email address);
- the content of your enquiry — for example which piece you're interested in and your delivery area;
- any details needed to conclude an order you place with us, such as a delivery address.

3. How we use your information
We use your information to answer your enquiries, confirm prices and availability, arrange delivery, conclude and keep records of orders, and communicate with you about them. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party marketing.
4. WhatsApp, phone and email
If you contact us via WhatsApp, your messages are also processed by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own terms and privacy policy. The same applies to your email provider when you email us. Choose the channel you're comfortable with — phone and the website form work just as well.
5. Sharing
We share personal information only where needed to fulfil your order — for example your name, phone number and address with the team delivering your furniture — or where the law requires it.
6. Retention
We keep enquiry and order information only as long as reasonably needed to serve you and to meet our legal and record-keeping obligations, after which it is deleted.
7. Your rights
Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we have no lawful reason to keep it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
8. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information — for example by adding analytics to the website — we will update this policy and its effective date.
